A long day behind the wheel … … taking in Colorado’s changing colors … … gives a girl quite the appetite.
So now I know … if I ever need 30 minutes of peace and quiet, just give her a cup of shredded cheese and a couple of almost-ready-for-the-oven quesadillas, and then just sit back and watch her go at it.
